The Wardens’ songs and stories rise directly from the landscapes they have spent decades protecting, drawing on more than 50 collective years as Canadian national park wardens. The band has performed extensively across western Canada and the United States, from Alaska to California, sharing the stage with Blue Rodeo, Pharis & Jason Romero, and Ian Tyson. They have appeared at Folk Alliance International, headlined the Canmore Folk Festival main stage, and performed for a royal audience in Edmonton, Alberta.

What makes this show truly distinctive, beyond the strength of the acoustic music and soaring harmonies, is the masterful storytelling from the land’s own protectors. Band members are real national park rangers from Banff and Jasper, weaving lived experience into every performance. Integrated image and video projections further elevate the show, ensuring it resonates on large stages and connects with a wide range of audiences.
