ShowHub is built around strengthening the local live music industry through connection, visibility, and community support. By creating clear pathways between artists, presenters, venues, and audiences, the platform helps ensure that live music is easier to discover, more accessible, and better supported across the region.
As a result, we have developed a set of partnership programs designed to support organizations and presenters whose work directly contributes to the growth, sustainability, and accessibility of the local live music ecosystem.
If you are interested in partnering with ShowHub, we invite you to get in touch. The outlines below serve as general guidelines, and individual partnerships can be tailored to reflect specific needs and circumstances.
Community Partnerships for Non-Profits
In our first year, we launched our Community Partnership Program, which offers reciprocal partnerships to non-profit organizations that curate and produce high-quality concert series. These organizations align closely with our mandates of inclusion and accessibility for all.
To support this work – particularly for groups with limited advertising budgets – we offer a cost-free reciprocal arrangement that increases visibility and awareness for both parties.
We provide:
- linked logo placement in the Community Partners section at the bottom of every page on the ShowHub website
- homepage buttons linking to the partner’s dedicated listings
- cross-branded sharing images
- Instagram page highlights featuring upcoming shows
- social media tags and mentions where appropriate
- newsletter and social announcements recognizing the partnership
In return, we request:
- linked logo placement on the partner’s website
- signage, cards, or other branding display at events
- acknowledgment as a sponsor at events
- social tagging, collaboration, and mentions where appropriate
- newsletter and social media announcements of the partnership, as applicable
Supportive Partnerships for Concert Presenters and Promoters
This program follows a similar structure to the Community Partnership Program but is designed to support the long-term sustainability of the platform and to account for the additional time required to manage these partnerships.
Ticketed shows require significantly more resources to list than standard performances, particularly when they involve touring acts, artists not yet in our directory, or venues that have not previously been added to ShowHub.
For for-profit presenters, pricing is based on the volume and complexity of listings and generally falls around $30 per show. This includes all elements of the Community Partnership Program, with the exception of Instagram highlights, which are offered at an additional cost due to the ongoing time required to maintain them.
Rather than appearing in the Community Partners section, these partners’ logos will be displayed in a dedicated Supportive Partners section of the website, positioning them as organizations that are directly supporting the sustainability of the platform.
Reach
As of January 2026, ShowHub continues to grow steadily, with approximately 9,300 visits and 25,000 page views per month. The average visit length is between 2.5 and 3 minutes.
