LuiFox, from Alma Chévere World Latin Band, is a singer-songwriter and multitalented artist with a strong foundation in the performing arts as a salsa dancer. Born in Venezuela into a musical family, LuiFox began his artistic journey at the age of 10, studying at the prestigious José Ángel Lamas Superior Music School in Caracas. His primary instruments are the guitar and cajón flamenco.

With over 20 years of professional experience, LuiFox crafts lyrical masterpieces that explore romance, passion, travel, and the profound emotions experienced by immigrants building new lives. His diverse themes create an immediate connection with audiences. Fusing styles such as flamenco, pop, Latin pop, trova, tango, country, reggae, zouk, and salsa, LuiFox brings a dynamic and eclectic sound to every performance.

As a versatile singer, dancer, guitarist, and percussionist, LuiFox has performed with notable artists and groups including Peter Mole, Poema Flamenco, Karen Flamenco, John Gilliat, Xarabanda Band, Ballarta Band, Alma Libre, Juan de Marias, Gerardo Alcalá, Tambura Rasa, and many others.

Charismatic and continually evolving, LuiFox remains committed to learning, adapting, and expanding his artistic horizons.

Alma Chevere is a translation from Spanish for “Cool Soul”.
