Emma Alves is an unearthly songstress whose work ebbs and flows like the silk of a spider’s web. Inspired by artists like Willow, Sabrina Claudio, and Evanescence, Emma introduces an alluring genre by pairing styles like Rock and R&B. ​

As a songwriter, Emma’s collection of work began in 2014, when her debut album and leading single gained traction on Canadian radio stations. After over a decade of releasing music, she has come to feel limited by the borders and boxes of a discography defined by genre. Alves is in the midst of rolling out her highly anticipated sophomore album. The record will start in R&B and end in Metal, with Emma leaning into an ever-changing ‘multi-genre’ sound.
