Connie Ballendine

A versatile vocalist with over 30 years experience, Connie Ballendine has entertained audiences with popular groups including Big City Soul, Top CIty and many others.  

Influenced by iconic artists such as Aretha Franklin, Bonnie Raitt, Linda Ronstadt, and Etta James, she deilvers a powerful blend of soul, blues, rock and R&B. Known for her expressive voice and engaging stage presence, she brings passion, professionalism and decades of experience to every performance

Paul “Bad Basil” Claxton

With over four decades of performing, songwriting and production experience, Paul Claxton has built a diverse musical career spanning jazz, Soul, R&B, Funk and Pop.

A veteran of touring throughout Canada and the United States, he has performed with numerous bands and artists and is currently a regular collaborator with Gabriel Mark Hasselbach and the Hudson Street Orchestra.  As the driving force behind the original music project Trisektor Projekt, Paul continues to write, record and produce new music while supporting Vancouver’s vibrant live music scene.
