Johnny Payne is a singer/songwriter, record producer, and podcaster based on Vancouver Island, BC. A lifelong student of great songs and classic records, Johnny applies his vast knowledge of music to all of his artistic endeavours. His self proclaimed “Melody Music” style has been championed by fans and fellow musicians dating back to his days as the lead singer of The Shilohs. As a performer, he has shared the stage with Real Estate, Tennis, Destroyer, Kevin Morby and Mapache among many others.
