Jon Roper is a highly versatile guitarist whose work spans jazz, blues, rock, and beyond, with influences ranging from Wes Montgomery to Herb Ellis. He has performed extensively across Canada and internationally, and is involved in a wide range of projects, including collaborations with Buckman Coe and other original and cover acts.

An in-demand live performer, Jon plays everything from corporate and private events to club shows, and is a member of the house band The Shenanigans at the Blarney Stone. His solo sets blend pop, rock, and R&B using live looping to create a full sound, while also offering more intimate jazz and classical guitar performances.
