Kieran Moore is a singer, musician and songwriter from West Belfast, now based in Vancouver. Growing up in Belfast during the Troubles, he has a deep personal connection to the history, politics and stories behind the Irish rebel and folk tradition that forms the heart of his live shows. His sets mix rebel songs, traditional Irish folk, ballads and storytelling, drawing on songs of resistance, loss, emigration, working-class life and Irish history, alongside selected contemporary folk, indie and original material to bring the tradition he grew up around in Belfast to Canadian stages with his own personal style.
