Leonard and the Lab Rats

Leonard and the Lab Rats and The Poorboy Trio are a rhythm and blues group led by Huggybear Leonard & Dave ‘Double D’ Dykhuizen.

The band has been a Vancouver based blues group since 2008. In addition there’s a very steady rhythm section consisting of the talented  Pat Darcus on double bass, and the  dynamic Martin Eade on drums.

Featured Sundays at Pourhouse Vancouver (162 Water St) for 12 years 

-performing blues,soul,Canadiana,jazz with traditional blues harmonica by Leonard ,and the multi- faceted sizzling guitarist

-Double D.
