Luc LeMans cut his teeth as a one-man party band, performing in the clubs, barrooms, and carnivals of Canada, armed with a loop station and a souped-up electric guitar. Soon developing his own brand of retro-styled grooves and danceable showstoppers, LeMans began to write and release his own songs, and hasn’t looked back since. In a music industry saturated with high-gloss, ultra-produced pop, LeMans has established himself as a standout retro-flavoured musician, retooling the classic sounds of Sun Records, Motown, Minneapolis Funk, Philly Soul, and more for the modern listener.
In the studio, Luc LeMans is a one-man music machine, writing, recording, and producing all of his own tracks (available on all major streaming platforms). His live solo shows are fun, energetic, and lean, delivering the sound of a full band with only a drum machine and a loop station. For large-scale festivals, LeMans has assembled a five-piece band for twice the fun and twice the noise!
