Peter is a lifelong musician from Vancouver whose musical journey began at age eight. He started on accordion, later mastering drums, piano, guitar, ukulele, and banjo. By age 10, he was performing with his parents at private events. In high school, he played clarinet and formed a popular pop ensemble that entertained at school dances and parties.

His professional career launched as a drummer with Vancouver’s top cabaret band, The Handley Page Group, touring nationally. When not touring, Peter taught multiple instruments and ran music programs and recitals throughout the Lower Mainland.

Peter is passionate about learning new instruments and exploring musical styles, including ragtime, country rock, ballroom, and classic rock. He has performed in numerous culturally diverse bands, including the Rheinlander Oompah Band (playing Oktoberfests for over 40 years), Night Moves Band (Latin-American/Ballroom), and the Black Forest Band. He also performed with Right As Rain, a classic rock group that played events and weddings across the region. He continues to perform and play multiple instruments today.
