Shiloh Lindsey is a Canadian alt-country songwriter whose music carries the wide skies of Alberta and the river valleys of British Columbia. Raised as the youngest of six on a ranch in south-central Alberta and later in the Robson Valley, her songs are shaped by long roads, mountain towns, and the quiet mythology of Western life. Her early releases, “For My Smoke” and “Western Violence & Brief Sensuality”, grew out of Vancouver’s underground alt-country scene, where her weathered voice and cinematic lyricism found a devoted audience. After a time spent living and writing in Halifax, Nova Scotia, she returned West carrying songs shaped by distance, heartbreak, and the landscapes she’s crossed by train and highway.
