Werewolves

Artist Website

Since 2007, Werewolves have been taking some of pop culture’s most recognizable songs and twisting them into something entirely their own. Like musical scavengers, this tight-knit trio reimagines the hits we hum in the car and hear in shopping malls, running them through a genre-bending filter of ska, funk, roots, reggae, and dance-tempo reinvention.

Their live sets are a wild ride through tongue-in-cheek tributes to the ’80s, unexpected mash-ups, and medleys that span love songs, jock rock, glam, new wave, oldies, ’90s anthems, show tunes, and pop megastars. No sacred melody is safe—Beethoven gets mixed with TV themes (Cheers, Dallas, WKRP, A-Team), film scores (Titanic, Back to the Future, Flashdance), and even video game soundtracks (Tetris, Mario Bros).

On stage, Werewolves channel the raw energy of bass-driven power trios like The Police, Cream, and Rush—though with a healthy dose of self-deprecating humor, à la Mister Mister. At the same time, they don’t hesitate to take on pop’s biggest divas, seamlessly blending Diana Ross with Madonna, Celine Dion with Huey Lewis (in a “Power of Love vs. Itself” medley), and Christina Aguilera with Dee-Lite’s “Groove Is in the Heart.” They’ve even been known to overlay the lyrics of “Tears in Heaven” onto Beethoven’s “Ode to Joy.” Their musical irreverence knows no limits.

Beyond their extensive repertoire of genre-defying remakes, Werewolves have earned a reputation for creating custom medleys and adaptations tailored for private and corporate events. Their appeal spans generations, offering a mix of familiar-yet-fresh reworks designed for dancing, celebrating, and pure entertainment.

Whether performing as a trio or expanding into a six-piece band with a horn section, Werewolves deliver an unforgettable live experience—equal parts musical mastery and playful unpredictability.
