We did it! Whew – what a fantastic day! As an official Media Partner of the Khatsahlano Wonderland Festival this year, our ShowHub team spent last Saturday on 4th Avenue, spreading the word about ShowHub and meeting countless members of Vancouver’s incredible arts community.

If you haven’t been to FIFA Fan Festival™ at the PNE, do yourself a favour and go. There’s an incredible vibe, music, food, and drinks in an open-air setting.

Built 18 years ago by owner Ted Hume and his wife, Kingfishers is one of those solid venues that has become a fixture in the local music scene. Even though it's outside our coverage area, this venue was one of the very first to be added to ShowHub because we appreciate the owners' consistency and dedication to supporting live music.

I find myself thinking about Ed Sullivan as I talk to Gregg Schiller, founder and beloved emcee of the Beaumont Studio’s hit monthly series Piano Jams. A live, music-themed variety show, Piano Jams offers a platform to the city’s finest emerging artists, including singers, comedians, dancers, and even jugglers.
